Always be passionate and positive. People like people who are passionate and positive. With four years of recession and difficult financial times behind us, and no end in sight to austerity measures and shrinking discretionary spend, people are wanting more and more to work with people who are passionate, positive and upbeat. Don’t under estimate the power of a “can do” attitude from you and your staff. Think of yourself as an oasis of calm and renewal within a desert of difficulty. A little poetic perhaps, but by creating a sense of positive energy, people will find themselves drawn to you and wanting to do business with you.
